Indoor bouldering wall and home of World #1, Shauna Coxsey, The Climbing Hangar is an engaging place. With tonnes of climbing routes of all different grades it's the perfect place for families, newbies and climbing professionals alike.

We were commisioned to investigate the onboarding process of a climbing wall. To develop a new website and digital campaign that would take pressure off staff. We also investigated the social anxiety of the 'first climb' and improved visitor numbers with a streamlined sign up.

As ongoing digital partner our role is to encourage different personas to adopt bouldering with a 'Try climbing' message. Working closely with the in-house marketing team to deliver successful campaigns.
